I love playing around in Photoshop. Here's another Before and After of the open sign in our local coffee shop Viento y Agua on 4th and Termino in Long Beach, CA.
I duplicated the image, changed the blend mode, added a few layers of different textures changing the blend mode on each. Added a solid color adjustment layer and changed the blend mode on that too. Used the crop tool to extend the image, filled it with a white border and used the dissolve blend mode. Too much fun!!
